But then, if you catch the bus to work, you can just try to use a bus stop farther away than the one you normally use. You’ll find it really is no big deal to add more walking to your daily exercise regimen.

If you are striving to be healthier overall, start walking. As walking an aerobic exercise, you’ll burn off calories, which means you’ll shed off some pounds and it’s also great for your heart. The more frequent you walk, the more you’ll be wanting to walk . . . and the quicker you’ll want to walk. If you think you can walk more – don’t hold yourself back. Once you’re walking at a pretty good pace and feel ready, you might even try jogging. After that, only the sky’s your limit.
